STEP ONE

Initial Assessment

Book an initial assessment in person or over Zoom.

So many people feel a sense of overwhelm at the thought of defining ‘who’ their brand is, or where to even start!

There is no need to feel that way anymore! You have made a great decision to put your brand front and centre.

I am going to help you create a valuable asset. An asset which will help you grow your business, with clarity and purpose – your brand!

STEP TWO

Preparation

Once you have booked with me, we will have a Brand Discovery Session where we’ll do some preparation work.

The time and effort involved are worth their weight in gold. The effort now is a long-term investment into the success of your business.

STEP THREE

Evaluation

We’ll chat about your business needs and goals, and get a sense of the scope of your project. I will explain my design process. Following this, I will review the items that you will receive once the project is complete. And of course, answer any questions you have.

Everything we discuss is completely confidential.

Every project is tailored to the needs of each client. Your journey is unique to you and I am here to 100% support you in achieving success in the way that works for you.

STEP FOUR

Brand Strategy

A plan which combines creative thinking with science, to bridge the gap from where your brand is now to where you want it to be.

As part of the process of building the foundations of a brand, I help clients identify who their target audience is, what niche they serve, their driving purpose or ‘why’, and their core values. It’s easy to rhyme all of these off in a list! However, in reality, they can be quite difficult for business owners to identify and articulate for themselves.

Decision-making so much easier when you have a brand strategy to refer to. You can see which ideas are aligned with your brand and even more importantly, which ones are not.

We will continue to meet for some Brand Therapy workshop sessions, to get clarity on who your brand is. I carry out qualitative and quantitative research as part of this work.

It is so enjoyable (therapeutic even!) as you watch your brand and related collateral come to life! I love to see the sense of confidence and pride that grows from nurturing a brand that is truly yours.

STEP FIVE

Logo And Brand Identity Design

This stage follows on from the groundwork to define your brand foundations. It is the visual design of your brand identity, which…

  • differentiates your brand

  • aligns with your brand strategy

  • works hard across all your customer touchpoints

After sign-off, I will explain how to use your new brand assets and transfer all the design files to you. They will come with clear Brand Style Guidelines.

STEP SIX

Celebrate

Finally, it’s time to celebrate!

Building your new brand is a great achievement! It's also an excellent reason for new energy around your business and marketing.
